Summary[]
Mr. Roper has a real surprise in store for his wedding anniversary -- he plans to move himself and Mrs. Roper out of the apartment house and into a ritzy townhouse in Cheviot Hills. To that end, he begins hinting to Jack and the girls that "someone will be moving out." Then he arranges a secret meeting with attractive real estate agent Mrs. Dawson. The result: Mrs. Roper and the roommates are convinced that Roper is having an affair.
