Bret Anthony (born Bret Anthony Dieball, 8 February 1972, Newport Beach, California) is an American television actor, and comic, best known for physical comedy and emotional range in his role of the late actor John Ritter/Jack Tripper in the Joyce DeWitt produced NBC-TV docudrama-comedy film Behind the Camera:The Unauthorized Story of Three's Company (2003).

Life and Career[]

Raised in Costa Mesa, California, Anthony graduated from Costa Mesa High School in 1990. Where he was a member of the water polo, basketball and swim teams. Bret was also the Homecoming king his senior year.

Anthony got his first break in Hollywood with various national commercials and guest starring on such hit shows as The Wonder Years, Beverly Hills, 90210, Seinfeld, Diagnosis Murder and Andy Barker P.I. Anthony recently made an appearance as "Bram Seton" on the Lifetime TV miniseries Chasing the Devil, the true story of the Green River serial killer Gary Ridgeway, which aired 15 March 2008.
