Elaine Giftos (born January 24, 1945, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts) made two guest appearances on Three's Company, first as Darlene a girlfriend of Chrissy's who turns out to be a callgirl in Season 4 episode "A Hundred Dollars a What?", then as Randy Buckley, a TV commercial producer/director friend of Janet who doesn't tell Jack, who she starts seeing when she arrives in town to shoot a commercial, that she is married in the Season 7 episode "An Affair to Forget".
Trained by George Balanchine as a member of the New York City Ballet, Giftos performed on the Broadway stage before moving to California to pursue a career in movies and television.
Her first television appearance was in an episode of I Dream of Jeannie ("Jeannie the Matchmaker") as a dating service clerk named Laverne Sadelko who sets herself up with Roger Healy.
